About The VHRC
The challenge is to land an air pressurized rocket, using water as a propellant, at a maximum distance from the launch point, three times, with extra points for flight duration.
FOUNDATION OF THE Vhrc
- to promote the study of space science and technology
- to foster the need for space travel and exploration
- to provide an experimental learning opportunity to design their own rockets
- to stimulate the young minds for the use of space applications
- to assist the next generation in finding careers in the space industry
- to educate the youth to use the outer space in sustainable way
- Students will present their rocket and its design aspects in front of the jury.
- Students will interact with renowned ISRO Scientists and Space Engineers
- Students will Launch their designed Hydro Rocket for the specified challenges.
- Students will explore a Space Exhibition that will include scale models of various Rockets and Spacecrafts launched by NASA and ISRO
- Students will observe the Sun Spots through a high magnification Telescope.
- Students from each category will win Awards, Rewards and Certification.
- Students will present their rocket and its design aspects in front of the jury.
- Students will interact with renowned ISRO Scientists and Space Engineers

Indian Students of Classes 6th-12th can participants pursuing their school’s studies in India is eligible for this challenge. Under the given below Level Category:
- LEVEL I: Class 06 to Class 07
- LEVEL II: Class 08 to Class 10
- LEVEL III: Class 11 to Class 12
- The interested participants are required to carefully read all the information given on the Competition Website Page at www.vyomikaspace.com before registration.
- The interested participants need to fill in all the required information as asked in the registration form at www.vyomikaspace.com
- The interested students are prohibited to provide any false information (like class, age, name, school name, etc.)at the time of registration. This can cause the elimination of their team from the competition.
- The interested students need to pay a non-refundable Competition Fee after the submission of the participant’s details.
- The interested students can either do an individual registration or in team
- A maximum of 5 students are allowed in one team
